SegmentLens is an independent platform providing services via SAM 3 and Google Gemini APIs. This product is not sponsored or endorsed by Meta or Google. Meta, SAM 3, and related marks are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Google, Gemini, and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC.
Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using our service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Service Description
SegmentLens provides SAM 3-powered image segmentation and AI image generation services. Our platform offers:
- SAM 3 image segmentation
- Multi-model image generation
- API access for developers
Use License
Permission is granted to use our service for personal and commercial purposes. Under this license you may not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on our service
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Resell API access without authorization
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Credits and Payments
- Credits are used to access SAM 3 features
- Unused credits expire according to your plan terms
- We respond to refund requests within 3 business days
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service:
- For any unlawful purpose
- To harass, abuse, or harm others
- To submit false or misleading information
- To generate, upload, process, or distribute any of the following prohibited content categories:
- Sexual / NSFW content
- Violence / gore
- Hate speech
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and other child-unsafe content
- Deepfakes / impersonation of real people
- Copyright / trademark infringement
Full content standards, reporting channels, and moderation practices are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Content Reporting and Moderation
If you encounter content that may violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to support@sam3.ai or via our Contact form. We use automated moderation (including the OpenAI Moderation API) together with human review of reported and flagged content. Details on timelines, enforcement, and appeals are in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Content
You retain ownership of images you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images processed through our service. AI-generated outputs must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties regarding segmentation accuracy or availability.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SegmentLens or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.
